Los Angeles news, California news.

A Black thief sporting a life-like mask that transformed him into a White man had been arrested in Los Angeles after perpetrating no less than 30 burglaries within three months.

Rockim Prowell’s real face was uncovered during a traffic stop on May 2 when the mask and fake hair he used in home break-ins were found in his car.

Detectives had noticed that the burglar in surveillance footage always kept his mouth open, and determined that he might be putting on a mask.
