DJ Self posted a video of rapper Black Rob in a hospital bed in which he expressed sadness to lose friend DMX and sent “big love to X.”
Struggling to speak, Black Rob appeared very sick and described that he was in “crazy pain” but he still had “a lot to go on.”
After posting the video, DJ Self asked fans to pray for Black Rob, or Robert Ross, without specifying his exact health issues.
“Get well man. Please people out there; take care of yourself…BR was one of the greats. Had NY on his back like Whaoooo,” he said referring to BR’s best hit Whoa!
People were shocked by the video and sent their wishes and prayers to the 51 years old who remains in hospital.
“We can’t lose 2 legends in 2 weeks. Pull through Rob,” one wrote while another said: “Peace Rob. Prayers to you brother.”
