An Ohio woman had been convicted of selling drugs to a Pennsylvania user who later died from an overdose back in 2019.

34-year-old Nicoletta Robinson was ordered to house arrest pending her sentencing after being found guilty of several counts including delivering drugs that resulted in death.

Prosecutors have requested her bond to be revoked but the presiding judge denied their bid and ruled that Robinson be confined to her home until her May sentencing date.

Robinson was not initially named a suspect in the overdosed victim’s death but a thorough investigation revealed her involvement.
