The family of a beloved Kentucky teacher who had never been in trouble before is left in shock after the FBI and State Police unveiled his evil plot to murder his own mother.

41-year-old Billy Reynolds was allegedly involved in a murder-for-hire plan and offered a hitman $10,000 to get rid of his mom who lived next door to him.
