Albany Police actively looking for missing newborn girl handed off by father just after birth

Authorities in Albany, Wisconsin are looking for the person who took a newborn girl from her dad on January 5 just after she came to life.

Albany Police and the Green County Sheriff’s Office said that the information they have is that the white female newborn was handed off by her father to an acquaintance.

    A Saturday statement asked residents of the village of Albany, 30 miles from Madison, to contact authorities if they suspected anyone with an unexplained newborn child.
