Ohio authorities have arrested a couple after the grim discovery of a rotten human body at their family home.
Robert Robb, 35, and Kenya Stallworth were busted in connection with the disappearance of 19-year-old Dominic Allen who is believed to be the deceased person discovered over the last weekend.
The family reported Allen missing in September and claimed that he last was seen running down a street in panic.
However, a friend of his said that he seemed normal when he called and told him that he returned home from work.
“His mother said that he expressed a desire to move out and get his own place,” Allen’s friend said.
“He’s a young man wanting to be independent and that sort of thing, so we were hoping that was the case.”
The male body found at Stallworth’s home was heavily decomposed and covered with clothes with a foul odor emanating from the bedroom that was sealed shut, authorities said.
Identification of the remains is proceeding and meanwhile, Robb and Stallworth have been charged with abuse of a corpse pending other charges.
