Washington D.C. news, Washington news.

At a tense press conference, President Donald Trump has for the first time admitted publicly that he plans to concede to Joe Biden if the Electoral College named him the winner of the 2020 election in two weeks.

Reporters asked Trump if he will leave the White House if Biden were officially declared winner, to which he replied: “Certainly I will. But you know that’s going to be a very hard thing to concede because we know there was massive fraud.”

The Electoral College will meet to name a winner on December 14, and Trump believes that if they chose Biden, it would be a mistake, “because this election was a fraud. Just so you understand, this election was a fraud.”

“I don’t want to say that yet I mean I know the answer, I’ll be honest, I know the answer, but just don’t want to say it yet.”
