According to reports, several volunteers who took part in the trial phase of the new Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine described feeling like a “severe hangover.”

More than 43,500 people from around the world volunteered to take part in the third phase of the vaccine trials. However, some said that it actually can cause fever, muscle, and headaches.

44-year-old Glenn Deshilds from Texas is one of them. He compared the symptoms as getting a flu shot or a heavy night out tiredness.

Deshilds said that the symptoms vanished soon later and his antibodies’ test came back positive.

A 45-year-old volunteer from Missouri confirmed experiencing the same symptoms and considered her involvement as a “civic duty.”

“There are so many people who have had it and suffered. The thought that we could do something to stop people from suffering from this, from losing family members, that we could get rid of it and get back to some sort of normal in our lives, that’s a driving factor for this for me,” she said.
