New York City news, New York news.

Residents of a Bronx building are in shock after a cruel crime that was perpetrated within their residence against two newborn baby boys that were murdered while still in the fetal position.

72-year-old Osvaldo Volquez recalls seeing one of the dead boys in a pool of blood at a patio behind his building that could not be reached from outside.

“I could see its little hands and feet,” Volquez said. “It is a terrible act of humanity…I don’t know who would do such a thing.”

The Monday incident that cost the twin babies’ lives left residents wondering who might have wrapped their children in paper and dump them to their death, instants following birth.
