Biden defends his family over son’s controversy: ‘I think it’s crass’

In a podcast appearance released Saturday, Democratic Presidential Nominee Joe Biden has defended his family following the controversy created over his son Hunter Biden’s laptop leaking.

Insisting that he is very proud of his family including Hunter, Biden described Trump’s attacks that targeted his children during the two debates as “crass.”

    “Look, I’m running against Donald Trump, not his children. The American people want to hear about their families, not about Trump’s family or my family…It’s just not how I was raised. It’s that basic.”

    “I am very proud of my family,” He added considering the whole strategy as “a last-ditch effort in this desperate campaign to smear me and my family.”
