The investigation is ongoing in Florida after a human body was found buried on October 13 in an abandoned house located in the Florida Highlands neighborhood of Dunnellon, Florida Sheriff officers announced.
The discovery marks the second set of human remains found in the neighborhood this year.

On February 2, Marion County police responded to a call reporting skeletal remains buried in a backyard in the same area. The identity of those remains was not determined.
The newly unearthed body is believed to be an adult male. The deaths are apparently not connected though both are still under investigation.
