Man in custody for triple homicide at Dallas Hotel room where he was spotted on murder-day

A homicide investigation into the death of three persons in a Dallas motel room on September 26 led to the arrest of a 37-year-old man, reports said.

The deceased bodies of two women and a man were found by a Super 7 Inn’s manager late last month.

The trio was identified by the Dallas County Medical Examiner as 38-year-old Rachel Escamilla, her 56-year-old mother, Peggy Bailey, and her boyfriend Michael Rivera, 33.

    He was caught by camera surveillance entering the victims’ room along with an unidentified woman after they both got out of a black Ford Expedition that day.

    He is being held at the Lew Sterrett Jail on capital murder charges. His bond is set on $3,000,000.
