A Texas man has fatally shot his three kids before he turned the gun on himself Tuesday in a hotel room, Dallas authorities announced.
Police officers found four deceased bodies in a motel off Dallas North Tollway after receiving several calls reporting a shooting inside a room on March 10. A murder-suicide investigation was launched to determine the circumstances of the horrific incident. Once the housekeeper entered the room, the children’s dad pointed a handgun at her but she managed to escape, according to news outlets.
The victims’ names and ages were not released as well as those of their father. A motive of the shooting remains unclear as the investigation continues.
