Michigan brothers, 17-year-old girl found dead in hotel room from suspected drug overdoses

Auburn Hills Police announced that two brothers and a teen girl have been found dead inside a local hotel room after they overdosed on Xanax, making the third overdose incident in the city during the past 24 hours.

The victims were identified as 20-year-old Kyler Kiessling, his 18-year-old brother Caleb and a 17-year-old girl. They were found dead at the Baymont Hotel at 1294 N on Wednesday afternoon after police conducted a welfare check at the girl’s family request.

The boys were known for their Xanax addiction. Their adoptive mom said that she tried everything to save them but couldn’t: “My family is devastated. Both of my sons died earlier today from a drug overdose along with a 17-year-old girl,” Rebecca Kiessling said. “I did everything I was supposed to do to stop this.”
