LA coroner decides California teen's shooting death by police as a murder

The Los Angeles County coroner's office decided the deadly shooting of an 18-year-elderly person by a sheriff's appointee a month ago, when he was struck multiple times in the back, was a crime, as per the post-mortem report discharged Friday.
