A 9-year-old Kansas City boy is feeling so lucky he is still alive after spending an hour trapped underneath a car plowed into his bedroom by a drunk driver.
The weird incident occurred on Tuesday at around 2 a.m. at South 52nd and Hagemann streets where Jamison Langley was still awake watching YouTube in his bedroom.
Suddenly, the mid-50s driver plowed his Jeep into the boy’s room at high speed trapping him under it and destroying the whole space: “At first I was just screaming cuss words at him. I’m like, ‘What the flip dude? I’m under here!’”
But as time went by, Jamison started feeling scared and thought about his recently deceased dad: “I hoped that didn’t happen to me and if that did, at least I would be with him.”
Paramedics spent an hour to rescue the boy who had sustained cuts and bruises.
