Intoxicated woman breaks into house then acted like owner

Ohio authorities arrested a woman after she allegedly broke into a home and acted like she was in her own house, reports said.

Cheyenne Ewing was booked into jail and faces burglary charges following the Monday morning incident.

Police arrived at a Hamden house after several emergency calls reporting a strange woman inside. According to investigators, the uninvited woman intentionally broke into the home amid the back door. She then peacefully sat on a couch and started playing with the family dog before she decided to enter the kitchen for washing the dishes then exiting the house, Vinton County Sheriff Shawn Justice told reporters.

Police arrested Ewing who appeared to be intoxicated without incident.
