A group of children were playing with gasoline and lighting things ablaze on June 14 when a 12-year-old boy doused his brother with gasoline and set him ablaze.

“[They] acquired gasoline and were throwing gasoline on each other and setting it on fire for whatever reason,” Clark County Police Lt. Kristopher Shultz said.
