Authorities in Colorado Springs, Colorado, are investigating a mass shooting that left at least six people injured late Saturday.
Investigators said gunfire erupted just after 11 p.m. after an argument between multiple individuals in a northeast downtown Colorado Springs neighborhood.
One victim was hospitalized in critical condition, while others were listed in stable condition.
Four victims were transported to hospitals by ambulance, and two others showed up at local hospitals by personal means.
Police received multiple 911 calls reporting a “disturbance involving shots fired.”
“When officers arrived on the scene, they found several individuals with gunshot wounds,” authorities said.
“At this time, this appears to have started as an argument between multiple people that led to shots being fired.”
Anyone with information is asked to call the Colorado Springs Police Department. No arrests have been made.
