Two men were killed and a woman was injured in a shooting that rocked South Los Angeles Saturday evening.
Officers responded to a multi-victim incident at Dalton Avenue and Florence Avenue at around 6:30 p.m.
A rowdy crowd gathered at the scene as officers pronounced two victims dead and rushed the third to a hospital with serious injuries.
The suspects reportedly took off in a vehicle that ditched about a block away from the scene and continued on foot.
One suspect was later detained, with two others remaining at large but within the perimeter, police said.
“There are two outstanding suspects, two male, Black suspects in their 20s. If you see something, we’re asking that you please call 911. The suspects are considered armed and dangerous,” the LAPD said.
“The perimeter is current behind me, and we are actively searching with K-9 sources, as well as SWAT staged at the scene.”
