A man was killed when supports holding a vehicle failed, crushing him underneath it, police in North Dakota said.
The incident occurred at a Chaffee home at 5 p.m. Tuesday when a vehicle fell on the 68-year-old man working on.

Officers were called to the scene and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
“The initial investigation showed that the devices used to support the vehicle had failed, causing it to fall while the male individual was working underneath it,” the Cass County Sheriff’s Office said.
The victim’s identity was not immediately released. Authorities deemed the incident a tragic accident.
