The relatives of a Texas toddler were arrested while they searched for a driver who struck and killed her in west Houston Wednesday evening.
Police received multiple reports about armed men walking around an apartment complex on Ocee Street and asking people about a crash that left a toddler dead at around 6 p.m.

The 2-year-old girl was brought to a hospital, where she died. Police said the two or three armed men were relatives of hers who were upset about her death.
The men were looking for whoever had hit the child. Police said information about the crash remains scarce, and investigators are still reviewing surveillance footage to identify a suspect.
