An Amish man has been arrested in connection with the “suspicious” death of a fellow community member who lived across the street from his Ohio home.
Samuel Hochstetler was charged with murder in connection with the March murder of 28-year-old Rosanna Kinsinger.
Meigs County Sheriff’s deputies found Kinsinger dead inside her home on March 13 and later deemed the death “suspicious.”
While autopsy results were inconclusive, investigators on Monday arrested Hochstetler and accused him of killing Kinsinger.
“This case was such a tragedy to those who knew Rosanna,” Sheriff Scott Fitch said. “She was a beloved individual in her community.”
“Detectives have worked around the clock searching for answers and were able to get those answers.”
“Hopefully, this investigation helps bring some closure to the victim’s family, and on behalf of the Sheriff’s Office, we offer our deepest condolences.”
