A Georgia man was charged with murder and cruelty to children in connection with the January death of his 3-month-old son.

Jerry Chambers Jr., 21, allegedly left his infant to die after finding him unresponsive and foaming at the mouth for two days, and went to a hotel with a friend.

Chambers claimed that he attempted to help his son Joshua, but an autopsy refuted his claims.
