Authorities in California are looking for a 41-year-old man accused of fatally shooting his ex-girlfriend and her daughter at a traffic light on April 1.
Donte Lamont Brown allegedly gunned down Tameeka “La’von” Hall, 42, and 22-year-old Ma’Laysia “Lay Lay” Martin while they were stopped at a red light in Compton.

Brown reportedly fled the scene in a driverless vehicle before crashing into a pole. The Los County Sheriff’s Department said Thursday that he remained at large.
“I hope you get caught because you need to go to prison,” a neighbor told the suspect.
“You need to stay off the streets. Why don’t you go and turn yourself in, and we’re going to pray for you anyways.”
