Two juveniles were stabbed, one fatally, in a Chelsea, Massachusetts street late Saturday, police said.
Officers found the two male victims stabbed on Eastern Avenue at around 8:45 p.m.
A 17-year-old was pronounced dead at CHA Everett while a 15-year-old victim remains hospitalized with serious wounds at Massachusetts General Hospital.
“Violence like this shocks and saddens our immediate neighborhoods and our entire society, as it should, especially when the victims are so young,” said Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden.
“We move forward best when we have help from the community and we hope anyone with information about this tragic incident will contact us.”
