An Oklahoma woman was arrested after she allegedly threw rocks at moving vehicles off an I-35 bridge on Christmas Day.
A driver called the police to report that someone threw something at his front windshield causing it to crash and send shards into the car.
The driver and a witness reported seeing a woman, later identified as Amber Davis, standing on a bridge above the northbound lanes of I-35.
“There was a, what looked like a female figure with a coat and a hood over her head; and she raised her arms in the air and she threw something down,” the eyewitness said.
“The car next to me, the GMC, it slowed, it slowed way down, like went around me and then took the next exit.”
The witness described extensive damage to the vehicle that was “shattered to where it was cracked all the way through.”
The victim, who was not hurt, found Davis still standing on the same bridge. She claimed she was off her medication when she committed the alleged offense.
