Authorities in southeast Georgia arrested a father and son in connection to the fatal shooting of a woman outside her home.
Investigators believe Tracy Bryant Jr., 30, drove his 53-year-old father Tracy Bryant Sr. to the home of Kimberly Guess on October 17.
The father shot Guess multiple times before taking off with his son. A search of their home unveiled illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Guess and Bryant Sr. were co-workers at Clayton Homes in Waycross when they briefly dated before breaking up.
“She told him that Tuesday before she died that she wanted him to leave her alone and to stop stalking her,” Guess’s mother said.
“He didn’t understand that, and then, that Thursday morning happened.”
The Bryants were charged with felony murder and malice murder in addition to drug offenses.
