Authorities in Los Angeles said that the father of a missing Hawaii woman took his own life Sunday at LA International Airport, the location where she was last seen earlier this month.

Hannah Kobayashi’s dad fell to his death from a parking deck at the airport on Sunday, police said.

His 30-year-old daughter vanished two weeks earlier after missing a connecting New York-bound flight.
