A New Hampshire man was found dead this weekend after he vanished while hiking in the White Mountains on Friday.
Christopher Huyler, 44, did not return from his hiking trip on Coppermine Trail after telling his wife he was leaving the area due to extreme conditions.

A search involving around 20 people began Friday. Huyler, a Littleton, New Hampshire resident, was located early Saturday at an elevation of 2,800 feet.
Authorities revealed that Huyler “suffered a significant fall in icy terrain” despite being well-equipped for the hike.
The victim was an “avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed New Hampshire’s White Mountains in all seasons.”
