An employee at a Costa Mesa restaurant died Saturday after falling off a ladder, police said
The tragic incident occurred shortly before 8 a.m. at a restaurant on the 3300 block of Bristol Street in Costa Mesa, authorities said.
Rescuers and officers located the 32-year-old man who had suffered severe head trauma. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators said the man fell off a ladder while climbing down a ladder. Foul play is not involved in the death.
