A Texas man is behind bars over the disappearance of his wife who vanished after a fight at their Olmos Park home earlier this week.
A neighbor told cops that he saw Brad Chandler Simpson, 53, and Suzanne Clark Simpson, 51, fighting for several minutes before hearing screams coming from a wooded area near their home.
The witness added that Brad waited for an hour before leaving the home in his truck.
Suzanne has not been seen since the incident. Brad was “uncooperative” with investigators before his arrest on assault and violence charges.
The mother-of-four disappeared just after attending a party at The Argyle and was last seen wearing a black dress and black heels.
Police were searching the San Antonio River and nearby woods as of Wednesday.
“Basically, we’re looking for anything,” Texas Department of Public Safety Sergeant Deon Cockrell said.
“The search crews will go through and continue to search for her in any possible area that she may be missing or possibly located.”
