Mother angrily shoves toddler out of car after child spilled shampoo on car seat

Authorities in Florida have arrested a mother after she allegedly tossed her 1-year-old daughter out of her car for spilling shampoo on the car seat.

The incident was caught on a Ring doorbell camera on September 5 when a bystander witnessed the ordeal and grabbed the injured toddler while calling 911.

Tasshay Mills returned to the scene and snatched the girl from the bystander telling her “That’s my baby.”

  • Mills took off and refused to seek medical help for the toddler who had gravel on her face and arm and was bleeding from the head and struggling to breathe.

    Detectives used witness information to locate Mills in Miramar and arrested her.

    The child was found in Opa-Locka and taken to a hospital for evaluation.

    Mills was charged with child abuse and neglect. She has been ordered to stay away from the girl and given a $7,500 bond.
