Authorities in Las Vegas have charged an 18-year-old man in connection to the fatal shooting of a North Dakota runaway.

Browdy Lee Shaffer, 18, is accused of shooting James Lobue dead on September 2 while showing off his gun to a girl on FaceTime.

Police said that several juveniles fled the apartment when officers showed up after the shooting.

A witness told cops that Lobue and Shaffer’s minor brother would spend the night in that apartment’s living room.
