Moorhead news, Minnesota news.

An 18-year-old Minnesota man is facing murder charges after he allegedly admitted to stabbing his 14-year-old girlfriend to death before hugging her and then slashing her throat as she “layed there suffering.”

The horrific crime took place on Aug. 19 when Isaac Arthur Arndt, 18, and his ex-girlfriend Jaelyn Walker, 14, met at Gooseberry Park in Moorhead.

Arndt allegedly told detectives that Walker asked him about his new girlfriend and attacked him when he refused to answer.

“Defendant stated he started to ‘slash’ at the victim and that he stabbed the victim about 13 times,” police said.
