Burlington news, Connecticut news.

A Connecticut woman set to learn her fate for the 2017 brutal slaying of her husband was found dead hours before her sentencing hearing.

Linda Kosuda-Bigazzi, 76, confessed to bludgeoning Dr. Pierluigi Bigazzi, 84, to death and wrapping his body in a rug left in the basement of their Burlington residence.

She then kept collecting payment checks from his job at UConn Health until her arrest.
