League City news, Texas news.

Authorities in League City, Texas have deemed the apparent suicide of a mother-of-four suspicious after she was found hanging in at a marina late last month.

Giselle Salazar, 30, was on May 31 found hanging from a rope at the Wharf Marina with one of her arms “in an upright position with nothing holding it up.”

“Her arm was found suspended up in the air, and there was nothing holding it there,” said Lt. Eric Cox.

“So, we believe she probably passed away with her arm extended up above her head like that, and then rigor mortis had set in prior to her being placed like that.”

Salazar was reportedly living on a yacht at the marina with her boyfriend James Hart.

Hart’s two security cameras had “inexplicable issues” before his girlfriend’s suspicious death.

“I just want everyone to know my sister didn’t do this to herself,” Salazar’s sister Esperanza Algeria said. “She didn’t commit suicide.”
