Cleveland dad charged for leaving infant unattended in car while he spent time in casino

A Cleveland father was charged with endangering children after he allegedly left his 10-month-old daughter alone in a parked car while he spent time in a casino.

A passerby notified police on April 27 about the situation in the parking garage of the Jack Cleveland Casino.

    27-year-old Kyle Miller, the baby’s father, was found inside the casino and arrested.

    The baby was taken to a local hospital for a precautionary evaluation and later released to a family member.
