‘Slingshot shooter’ who terrorized neighbors dies at California home day after release from jail

An elderly California man accused of terrorizing his neighbors as a “slingshot shooter” died of natural causes the day following his release from jail.

Prince Raymond King, 81, was arrested Thursday after his neighbors complained that he was breaking his windows, windshields, and properties with ball bearings.

Some neighbors said that the man had been terrorizing locals for ten years.

    King was arrested on five counts of felony vandalism and two counts of misdemeanor vandalism.

    He was released from jail on May 28, the day before his death. The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner linked his death to heart illness.
