A Houston man is dead after he killed his ex-girlfriend and a teen in a tragic murder-suicide Thursday night.
The incident occurred at around 9:30 p.m. inside a home on Choate Street off Allen Genoa Road south of Highway 225.
Officers responding to reports of a home invasion learned that an argument involving a man and his ex-girlfriend escalated into the double murder-suicide.
The 23-year-old woman was found dead in the kitchen next to her 26-year-old kitchen, dying from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Police learned that the teen cousin of the woman’s new boyfriend was also shot and brought to a fire station by a family member.
The teen succumbed to his injuries at a hospital.
