Authorities in Colleton County are investigating the deaths of two adults and a child in Walterboro as a “triple homicide.”
Deputies responded to the scene in the “area of Hayden Street in Walterboro” in the early morning hours of Saturday.
The victims were reportedly shot to death at a residence

“At this time we can confirm this incident is being treated as a triple homicide,” the Sheriff’s Office said.
“It has been determined that this was a targeted act and is a very active investigation.”
Authorities released pictures of a silver Cadillac with a temporary license plate sought in connection with the killings.
