Dothan news, Alabama news.

A manhunt is ongoing for an “armed and dangerous” pair accused of killing a Dothan man found buried under his own home last week.

Courtney Ingram, 33, and Richard Bishop Jr. 31, were the last people seen with 54-year-old Patrick Parrish before he vanished earlier this month.

Dothan Police were asked to conduct a welfare check on the victim’s home on May 8 after loved ones failed to contact him in an unusual amount of time.

After further search, Parrish’s remains were discovered buried under the home, positioned in a manner indicative of foul play.

“Our thoughts are with the family of Patrick Parrish as they begin to cope with this family loss,” Dothan Police Lt. Scott Owens said.

Detectives believe that the suspects took off in the victim’s pick-up truck and may be in Georgia. The truck was abandoned in Eufaula, police added.
