A mentally troubled California girl was found dead in the driveway of a San Francisco home Saturday, hours after she was discharged from a psych hospital.
Jazmin Pellegrini, 15, was just released from the hospital when she left her home with her phone or money on April 17.
Three days after her disappearance, her body was found by a passerby who called 911.

Paramedics managed to briefly revive the teen before she was declared dead at the scene.
Pellegrini’s grieving family believes she was lured to the area and given drugs.
The teen had reportedly been receiving treatment for PTSD, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.
