A missing Texas mother and her 4-year-old daughter were found dead inside their car following a single-car crash, authorities in Robinson said in an update.
On Sunday, police posted an alert on social media seeking the public’s help in locating Lauren Bonvillian, 33, and her 4-year-old daughter Savannah Bagley.
The pair were last seen alive on April 14 leaving the Corsicana area and heading to Robinson.
Later on, Hill County authorities announced that the mother and daughter were found dead inside their car.
The vehicle appeared to have veered off Highway 31 into a pond where the victims died.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and everyone affected by this tragedy,” police said.
