The two occupants of a single-engine plane were killed in a crash Saturday in Truckee, California.
The Daher TBM 900 was reportedly attempting to land at around 6:40 p.m. when it crashed “near the area of Glenshire Drive and Olympic Blvd,” northwest of the Truckee Tahoe Airport.
The aircraft took off Saturday afternoon from Denver, Colorado, officials said.

The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board are set to arrive at the scene early Sunday.
“At this time there is no threat to any structures and no road closures,” authorities said.
“There will be a heavy presence of emergency responders in the area for an extended period of time.”
