Hinds County news, Mississippi news.

Three teenagers were arrested and charged as adults over the fatal shooting of a Mississippi boy earlier this week.

Cameron Horne-Crook, 14, was shot multiple times and killed in Hinds County Monday after being picked up from a friend’s home in Brandon.

Police believe Maxle Mooneyham, 16, was the person who drove Cameron across county lines to Hinds County.

He allegedly returned home after the crime and cleared out his car of evidence.
