4 children found in ‘horrendous living conditions’ in California home

Police in Visalia, California have arrested two adults in connection to the discovery of four children living in “horrendous” conditions.

On Monday evening, an “extremely emaciated” woman was dropped off at a hospital in medical distress.

The hospital staff contacted police about the 52-year-old woman’s condition leading cops to the home where she had been staying with her daughter.

    “The living conditions were horrendous, with bugs, feces, and trash scattered throughout the home,” authorities said.

    Cecilia Colleen Rodriguez, 34, and Gregory Paul Chavez, 61, were arrested at the home on charges of elder abuse, child neglect, and abuse.
