Philadelphia news, Pennsylvania news.

A deceased child’s body was found in a duffel bag at an empty Philadelphia lot Monday, police said.

City workers made the grisly discovery of the deceased child, who appeared to be between 2 and 4 years old, at around 10 a.m. in a vacant Manua neighborhood lot.

A woman said she spoke with the distraught worker who made the discovery and related to what he told her just after the find.
