Missouri dad shoots teen son in head; leaves him to die in street following argument

A Missouri father was charged with murder on Wednesday weeks after he allegedly shot his teenage son and left him for dead in the street.

Investigators alleged that on January 24, Carl Walker Jr. and his 16-year-old son Isaiah Walker were “arguing over personal matters” before leaving home in the father’s car.

Shortly later, the 51-year-old father and his son were walking back home when the man shot the teen in the head.

  • Isaiah was found unresponsive in the street next to a .45 caliber shell casing and brought to a hospital where he succumbed three days later.

    His father allegedly tried to hide a .45 caliber handgun magazine in the trash.

    The convicted felon eventually admitted to shooting his son and was charged with second-degree murder, armed criminal action, and unlawful possession of a firearm.

    Isaiah was reportedly a fan of football and video games and loved spending time with his family, according to a GoFundMe page.
