Mom, baby found dead; toddler critically wounded on Arkansas interstate ramp

Authorities in North Little Rock, Arkansas have launched a homicide investigation after the bodies of a mother and her baby were found along an interstate on-ramp Tuesday.

Police identified the victims as 27-year-old Teangela Tate and her 2-month-old son Noel Mott.

Tate’s other child, an 18-month-old toddler, was found badly injured on the side of the Interstate 440 ramp from Highway 165.

    Autopsy results for both Tate and Mott are pending but the case was deemed a homicide.
